We have been developing research based resources and services on adolescent reproductive health issues since 1996.

Askline, a free tele-counselling service for young people, was initiated by Thoughtshop Foundation in October 1999, at a time when no such service existed in the region.

In 5 years, Askline logged over 10,000 calls on issues related to sexuality, HIV/AIDS and other adolescent problems. All calls were documented and analysed to plan different kinds of intervention strategies, including Ignited Minds, the It's My Life series of workshops and the HIV Kit.
