Reproductive Health

Over the years we have developed a number of educational packages for various target groups on reproductive health issues.
We keep in close touch with field-based organisations and based on their feedback we have improved the quality of our resources with each subsequent reprint.
We conduct trainings to help organisations and educators in the use of these packages.

Fieldworkers Ready Reckoners

This set of flipcharts were developed to serve as quick references for fieldworkers who already skilled at facilitating dialogues within rural communities. Topics covered in this series are; ante natal care, post natal care, family spacing, child nutrition and child health

Champa Kit

Developed for rural adolescent girls this package comprises of five modules and uses stories and educational games to impart knowledge on reproductive health education.
A number of organisations all over West Bengal have found the Champa Kit useful. The fourth updated edition (2000) of the kit is currently in use.

Paro Kit
Developed for slum based adolescent girls this package comprises of five modules and uses stories and educational games to impart knowledge on reproductive health education. This package is in Hindi and adapted from the Champa Kit. This is being used by CARE India projects in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

Shankar Kit
Developed for rural adolescent boys and young men this package comprises of three modules and uses stories and educational games to impart knowledge on reproductive health education and male responsibility.

(Developed in 2000 -2001 in collaboration with CINI, West Bengal)
