Leadership tools for the differently-abled
This tool was designed to enable people with disability to emerge as potential leaders and advocate for their rights.
Four leadership concepts - Accepting one's own disability, Accepting Criticism, Finding Solutions, Building Relationships - are explored using short pictorial stories. The stories have been adapted from the experiences of people associated with the Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy, Kolkata, India.
